We have experienced event planners, logistical experts, creatives, account executives and colleagues that have been our clients before they started working with us. 1. We Listen

We don’t listen to simply respond. Instead, we focus intensively on what our clients are saying. The words they use, the aspirations they share and the challenges they seek to overcome. We listen to understand the essence of what our clients are truly trying to achieve.

2. We Observe

We see a larger context. We are students of culture in all forms – corporate, pop, material, foreign and the values that underpin cultural aspects. Understanding the intersections that exist, especially those that may be hidden to those in plain sight, enables us to align what we heard and what we see.

3. We Ideate

We believe in ideas. Not a single idea, but many ideas. We are in the idea business and working with our clients to stretch the thinking of teams to deliver a truly differentiated approach.

4. We Iterate

We like to work collaboratively on a range of options taking into consideration the larger strategy, the desired outcome, the budget, the location and other factors that will influence the experience. We refine and refine until we perfect or get a close as we can.

5. We Execute

We were built to execute ensuring that every detail is addressed consistent with the planned experience. We also know nothing ever goes perfectly to plan and so we improvise and adjust as needed. From logistics, audio-visual, experience staging and installation to audience engagement and on-site management, this is where our true superiority is demonstrated.

6. We Measure

We obsessed with outcomes. Whether simple satisfaction surveys to sales uplift to quality of engagement and interactions, we work with clients to design a set of metrics that can demonstrate business impact and a return-on-investment.

7. We Assess and Re-assess

We never approach our work thinking of a single event, campaign or experience.  We build relationships that last and because of that, we are our harshest critic. We go back over every step in the process and assess our performance and the desired outcome. We are tireless in our approach of improving our capabilities to better serve the clients that trust us.

We think of ourselves not as an agency, but an extension of our client’s team.

It is why our engagement process looks a little different and perhaps more agile than most. We believe in having experienced leaders working side-by-side our client teams. We don’t have layers of account supervisors or project managers. Our leaders and every member of staff is working directly with our client teams. Experience, expertise, know-how and commitment are core to way we work with clients.
